We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our rapidly expanding FX company as Business Development Manager. We are seeking previous experience in FX sales, and candidates that are eager to learn and grow in their role. Our team of highly experienced professionals will provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This role requires NO COLD CALLING! The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


  • Receive leads from the business development executives and manage the portfolio to identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Hit KPI’s set by senior team.


  • 1-2 years’ prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Salary – Competitive + Commission
