Anti Trust & Competition Associate

A leading international law firm are seeking an Associate to join the Antitrust and Competition Practice.

Roles are available in LA, Paolo Alto, San Francisco and DC.

The Associate will work with Partners in the Antitrust and Competition practice to cover the full spectrum of work:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the representation of clients in government antitrust investigations, private antitrust litigation, and antitrust-related appeals
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding domestic and international antitrust and competition law
• Assist in the preparation of legal memorandums, pleadings, opinions and other documents Monitor and analyze current developments in the antitrust and competition field
• Participate in client meetings and calls, and draft reports for clients
• Prepare for and attend hearings, conferences, and other meetings with counsel and clients
• Develop relationships with other professionals in the antitrust and competition field
• Provide support to the team’s partners on various antitrust and competition matters
• Work collaboratively with other practice teams to develop innovative approaches to complex issues
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda on current antitrust and competition law topics

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 3-5 years of experience in a top law firm or government agency with an antitrust and competition law practice
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition law and regulations
