Business Development Manager

The brokerage are searching for a Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.

Through their dedication to fostering a high-performance culture, the brokerage enable BDM’s to earn some of the highest earning potential in the market, and progress quickly into Dealing roles.

Business Development Manager earning potential:
First year £70,000+ OTE
Second year £140,000+ OTE
Third year £210,000 + OTE

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate leads, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth within our FX Solutions division.
  • Identify and prioritize target industries, verticals, and geographies based on market trends and client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches that showcase the value proposition of our FX solutions, including spot FX, forward contracts, options, and other derivatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  • Stay informed about global financial markets, regulatory developments, and emerging trends to provide informed recommendations to clients


Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales
  • Strong intellectual ability and sophistication, with a deep understanding of complex derivative products and global financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ambition, drive and a personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment
  • Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
  • Located in London: To maximize learning & development opportunity, Business Development Managers attend the office five days per week.
