A FinTech specialized in providing cross-border payments solutions to corporate clients are searching for a Business Development Manager to spearhead the platform’s growth.

This role is ideal for experienced business developers from any industry who have a proven track record in outbound sales, and an interest in financial markets.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be driving the growth of the Cross-Border Payments Solutions division. Your primary focus will be to develop strategic business relationships and acquire new corporate clients for the payments platform.

Business Development Managers earning potential:
First year £70,000+ OTE
Second year £140,000+ OTE
Third year £220,000 + OTE

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new corporate clients for our cross-border payments solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize target industries, verticals, and geographies based on market trends and client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that highlight the value proposition of our payments platform.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  • Stay informed about global financial markets, regulatory developments, and emerging trends in cross-border payments.
