Position Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth within our Cross-Border Payments Solutions division. Your primary focus will be to develop strategic business relationships and acquire new corporate clients for our payments platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new corporate clients for our cross-border payments solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize target industries, verticals, and geographies based on market trends and client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that highlight the value proposition of our payments platform.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  • Stay informed about global financial markets, regulatory developments, and emerging trends in cross-border payments.


Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ambition, drive, and a personality that thrives on meritocracy and autonomy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Business Development Managers are required to be located in London and attend the office five days per week to maximize collaboration and teamwork.
