Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of complex commercial litigation matters for esteemed clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective legal strategies.
• Engage in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings to resolve disputes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and effectively advocate their interests.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on litigation matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and analyze their impact on client cases.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Bar of England and Wales.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
• Completion of a 2 year training contract in a reputable law firm.
• 1-6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials, with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes in the UK.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
