Corporate Counsel, Private Funds

We’re working with a leading asset manager that’s looking to add an experienced private funds attorney to their team. The firm is a Global 500 company operating in over 40 countries.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years Post Qualification Experience.
• A background in a prestigious private practise or in-house team.
• Experience conducting negotiation and due diligence.
• An exceptional educational background with an admission to a U.S bar.
• Experience in collaborating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation ideally within an accredited firm.
• Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
