An exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager to join a global fintech payments company on their exciting and upwards growth journey.

In this role you will be providing compliance and regulatory advice to business and functional teams including the establishment and maintenance of regional payment/e-money activities. You will also be responsible for building-up, designing and monitoring compliance systems and processes while building relationships and liaising with regulators in the EMEA ensuring that reporting and notification obligations are fulfilled. The Senior Compliance Manager will be the main point of contract for audits & assurance controls and will work closely with other internal functions and teams to ensure overall compliance to all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements. This role will report in to the Regional Head of Compliance for the EMEA.

My client is looking for a someone with 8 + years relevant regulatory experience coming from an e-commerce, payments, card schemes or similar financial institution. This individual will need to
take the initiative to work closely with internal business, operations and various functional key-stakeholders as well to support the achievement of business targets and objectives, and to comply with and fulfil regulatory obligations. They are looking for a candidate who is a team player but also has the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines, and in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
