I’m sure when wanting to know “About Us”? Awards, where we were educated, languages we speak and exactly what sectors we work in are probably not high on your priority list, you can find some of that elsewhere on the website anyway. So, lets tell you a little about us. The inside of our office has plenty of whiteboards with an incredible amount of bad writing on it most of it slanted left to right. Our staff drink a lot of tea, coffee and water and there is a non-stop flow of heavily sugared and calorific confectionary knocking around. There’s big personalities, small personalities, heads down personalities and everything in between, it’s great!

We’re a happy organisation and enjoy working with each other, we make a point of treating each other equally and with respect, whether you are new to the organisation with limited experience or you are an experienced senior member of staff. We work hard, very hard, we are always happy to support our candidates and clients and are flexible as to when that needs to be. We socialise with each other but respect that everyone has a life outside of work. We are normal people with families, friends, hobbies but as recruiters we are anything but normal, we are exceptional at what we do!

Our Story

2008

Charles Levick opens its doors in October 2008 focussing on Operations and Middle Office Recruitment

2009

The team grows and Change & Transformation and Buy Side specialisms are added to our service delivery

2010

Further expansion includes upgrading our office and opening Compliance and Risk practices

2013

We move into a brand new office that includes a 12 person boardroom, meeting rooms and conferencing facilities all under the shadow of the iconic Gherkin

2018

We open our first international office supporting clients across Americas from our Bryant Park location in Midtown New York

2019

We launch our Fintech division bringing on board an experienced and well respected Director to grow market share

2020

Sees the launch of our Legal division combined with a move to new premises in Liverpool Street

2022

Sees another move to new premises to help accommodate our continued growth
