Matthew Wilson
Managing Director
Matthew Wilson has over 20 years global search, contingency and interim management experience. A recognised and leading figure within the Financial Services Recruitment market, Matthew is renowned for his expert thought leadership and commitment to driving service delivery change and progression across the human capital management sector.
Under his Leadership Charles Levick has grown from a single person privately owned recruiter to a multi-disciplined Global Consultancy supporting clients across the financial services sector. A passionate and innovative leader, Matthew has overall responsibility for both the London and New York businesses whilst implementing strategy and target operating models for continued growth and expansion.
Since its inception in 2008, Mathew has provided his portfolio of clients that includes FTSE 100 firms, start-ups, fund managers, private equity firms, and fintech organisations, with extensive guidance and support in delivering talent solutions. He continues to directly support clients and remains active in the market.
Prior to Charles Levick Matthew Co-owned a small privately owned consultancy and was also a manager and shareholder at a leading global recruiter.
James Kent
Sales Director
James is a very well-known and respected Sales Leader who has built an impressive and enviable reputation within the fintech market. He has a wealth of expertise combined with a successful track record of delivery having partnered with start-ups to FTSE and Fortune 500 blue chips delivering global retained executive search solutions as well as thought leadership consultancy services.
An approachable and inclusive management style has led to James’s impressive career development that now sees him take complete ownership for the global sales strategy at Charles Levick. Directing new client acquisition, sales training and employee development, James also partners with the MD in developing our strategic growth roadmap.
James has previously led award winning teams, co-founded a start-up and held senior positions within global recruitment businesses.
Angela Molina
Operations Director
Angela joined Charles Levick in late 2010 and has since then seen her role grow and develop in parallel with the Company. She has led and managed the development of the business operations function that has provided a diverse and complex ownership of responsibilities ranging from day to day business as usual workflow, to HR policy, management of internal finances, periodic reporting, forecasting, as well as working in partnership with accountants and external vendors.
She has been actively involved in projects such as the set up and ongoing operational management of the New York office. More recently Angela is driving process improvement for our communication channels between employees and management with a view to establish and set the foundation of an attractive employee proposition that will not only help us retain our current employees but to attract new talent to the business. Currently, her role as Operations Director see’s her work alongside the MD and SD on the development, direction and coordination of the business internal structure and strategy ensuring an efficient and collaborative working environment.
Angela is originally from Colombia and holds an MBA from the University of Wales.
