Energy Trading Business
We’re recruiting a quantitative analyst to support an energy trading team in Dublin. The focus is on building analysis that traders can use, testing ideas carefully and understanding how models behave when exposed to live markets.
The role

Analyse market and operational data to identify trading opportunities.

Develop and test models, forecasts and decision-support tools.

Evaluate strategy performance and investigate unexpected results.

Work closely with traders to translate research into practical use.

Improve the quality and reliability of trading analysis.
What we’re looking for

Strong quantitative and programming skills.

Experience in trading analytics, quantitative research or energy markets.

An understanding of sound testing and model limitations.

The ability to communicate technical findings to trading colleagues.
