Proprietary Trading Business
We’re working with an energy trading business in Zug seeking a senior gas trader to develop and manage speculative trading positions. This is a role for someone with an established market view and a record of making disciplined decisions with risk.
The Role:
- Identify and execute trading opportunities in European gas markets.
- Develop views using fundamentals, price behaviour and market flows.
- Manage positions and exposures within agreed limits.
- Review performance and adapt strategies as conditions change.
- Contribute insight and trading ideas to the wider team.
What we’re looking for
- A demonstrable track record in speculative gas trading.
- Deep knowledge of European gas market drivers.
- Strong risk management and position-sizing judgement.
- The ability to explain your trading approach and its results.
